Abstract

The year 1928 was significant in one, perhaps the most important way for the Soviet Union (and, perhaps, for the whole world) in respect. This was the year of the beginning of the first five-year plan in the USSR. Russia has always strived to open up systems. No more, no less. The irrational, seemingly semi-mystical confidence of the Russians that any law is just an element of something transcendental is amazing. Russia needs not just a law - a Universal Law, a System. The West is left to explore only the laws, albeit fundamental ones, in this universe. For Russian eros, even the law of universal gravitation is a particularity. The Russian genius does not agree to particulars - he can only be satisfied with an absolute and comprehensive whole. Precisely the Universe. The desire (dream) to master Cosmos (space) and Chronos (the flow of time, history itself) is an ontological feature of people who fell under the influence of this gigantic field of gentle relief, vast plains smoothly flowing into one another - Russian, Turanian, West Siberian...
