Abstract

Environmental protection, development of a strategy for rational environmental management and development of social production as guarantors of the preservation of life on Earth have long gone beyond the national interests of individual states and have become one of the pressing problems of modern science and practice. To address both local and global changes caused by the activities of human society and natural phenomena for the purposes of control and management, qualitatively new theoretical and practical research, approaches and level of knowledge are required.
