Abstract

The world is entering a new stage of development. This is felt by both scientists and leaders of leading countries and companies. The signs of change are numerous, spanning science and technology, the economy and social sphere, international relations and transformations in visions of the future. Russian President Vladimir Putin at the forum “Strong Ideas for New Times” spoke about the onset of a new stage in world history: “The model of total domination of the golden billion divides peoples into first and second class, and therefore is racist and neocolonial in its essence.” But now “revolutionary transformations” are taking place, which are aimed at building a “harmonious, fairer, safer world order.”
